We had a pleasant family holiday, enjoying the variety of activities and the pool facilities. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. However, we faced some challenges with the room cleanliness and the extra fees associated with room upgrades and late checkouts, which took away from the experience. Overall, it's a decent place for families but improvements could definitely be made.
